Shipping and Returns
Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we can't guarantee our usual expected delivery timescales.
We are dispatching all orders on time but due to Royal Mail delays, domestic UK orders might take a few extra days to arrive. International orders are significantly delayed at the moment, so please do allow extra time on top of the expected delivery dates for your order to arrive. Postal delays are out of our control and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
Due to an increase in delays to standard overseas post, we're now sending all international orders via tracked postal service, which gives customers the ability to track their order and know when it is likely to arrive.
We are an independent business and many of our products are lovingly made to order. Our standard turnaround time for dispatch is 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated. Please note dispatch times can be slightly longer during the festive period.
Once carefully packaged, your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class delivery service. As per Royal Mail postage times, orders to the UK usually arrive within 1-2 working days from the dispatch date. We are not liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather or busy holiday periods.
UK orders over £25 receive free standard postage.
We do offer an express Royal Mail Tracked service, which guarantees your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and aims to deliver it the next working day. A signature will be required upon delivery. Please select the express service when checking out.
All international orders have our standard dispatch times but delivery times vary.
Europe (via Royal Mail): average 3-5 working days
Rest of the world (via Royal Mail): average 5-7 working days
International delivery times can vary depending on the relevant country's own postal system.
P&P cost depends on the size and weight of the package, as well as the location. This will automatically be calculated during the checkout process.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's been made?
If you’ve made a mistake on your order or would like to change the delivery address, please contact us ASAP. Once your order is processed, we will not be able to make any changes or cancel it.
Returns & Refunds:
We hope you’re pleased with your order but if you change your mind or the item has arrived damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the order number in the subject. We will respond within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) with instructions on how and where to send your return.
Items must be returned within 28 days from the day you receive the order. You must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date if you wish to return your item and you will have a further 14 days to send it back to us. The return period will expire after these 28 days.
All items must be returned in new, unused and resaleable condition, in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage.
We advise you to obtain proof of postage in case your return parcel goes adrift on its way back to us. If you do not, we reserve the right not to process the return or refund the product cost.
What if my item hasn’t arrived or is damaged?
Please get in touch with us if your item hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date or it arrives damaged. When emailing us about a damaged item, please provide as much information as you can about the issue and provide pictures that show any damage.
When will I be refunded?
We will email you to let you know when we’ve received the return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, provided you have followed the above time frames and returns guidelines. Please note, we do not refund or reimburse P&P costs.
