How will I know when you've received my order?
You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your order. This will include details of the item(s) you ordered and the delivery service. Please check your contact details and address carefully to ensure all information is correct and your order finds its way to you safely.
Can I add items to an existing order?
We're thrilled that you want to order more but we can't add items to an existing order. You will need to make a new order.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
If you change your mind about your entire purchase, contact us straight away and we'll see what we can do. However, once the order has been processed we are unable to cancel it.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
What delivery options do you offer in the UK and how long will shipping take?
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail first class, which usually takes 1-2 working days. We also offer an express Royal Mail Tracked service, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. A signature will be required upon delivery of tracked items.

My order is a gift - can you send direct to the recipient?
We're happy to send direct to the recipient. Let us know that the item is a gift by leaving a note in the 'Special instructions for seller' box during checkout. You can then add the recipient's name and address on the shipping page.
What are your products made from?
Being an eco-friendly, ethical company is really important to us. We use recycled paper and card stock for our products, all of which can be recycled too.
Our writing sets are presented in clear bags made from corn/potato starch, which are fully biodegradable and compostable.
The cardboard packaging we use for posting is FSC certified, with 100% green recyclable credentials.
